2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has started.
If work has already begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the progress completed.
Empiric Solutions reserves the right to deduct the value of work already performed before determining any eligible refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Payment processed due to a verified billing error.
A purchased service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely within Empiric Solutions’ control.
A project is cancelled before any work has commenced.
All refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Software Licenses
Premium Themes, Plugins, or Templates purchased on your behalf

5. Domain Registration
Domain registrations and renewals are processed through third-party registrars.
Once a domain has been registered, transferred, or renewed, the associated fees are non-refundable, as these charges are immediately incurred.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all domain registration information is accurate before placing an order.
6. Web Hosting Services
Hosting fees are generally non-refundable after your hosting account has been activated.
If a hosting account is cancelled, services will remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Any unused portion of a hosting subscription is typically not refundable.
7. Website Design & Development
Website development projects involve planning, design, coding, testing, and consultation.
If a client chooses to terminate a project after work has started:
Payment for completed work remains payable.
Any remaining balance may be adjusted based on work completed.
Completed work, designs, and source files remain the intellectual property of Empiric Solutions until all outstanding payments have been received.
8. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO and digital marketing services require ongoing time, research, optimization, and campaign management.
Because these services begin immediately after activation and involve continuous effort, they are generally non-refundable once work has started.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, or business outcomes.
9. Client Delays
If a project is delayed because required information, content, approvals, or feedback is not provided by the client, the project may be paused until the necessary materials are received.
Extended delays may result in project rescheduling or additional fees where applicable.
10. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting Empiric Solutions to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate services.
Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation.
Recover any outstanding balances or associated fees where permitted by law.
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted where permitted.
12. Service Modifications
Clients may request changes to an existing project or service.
Additional work outside the original project scope may require revised pricing, updated timelines, or a new service agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
Empiric Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the cancellation of services or the denial of a refund.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
14. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
